Kitchen Se Beauty Takbr br Hello Everyone,br Hope u r doing well.br br This is my channel KITCHEN SE BEAUTY TAK is about Cooking & Beauty.br br fluffy omelette | br फ़्लफ़ी ऑमलेट | br स्पंज आमलेट | br Fluffy omelette with Butter | br WOW Omelet |br br Fluffy Omelette for 1 Personbr Ingredients:-br 4 Eggsbr 2 tsp Butterbr 1 green chili choppedbr 1 pinch red chili powderbr 1 pinch cumin powderbr 1 pinch Black pepper powderbr 12 tbsp Black pepper powderbr 1 Medium Onionbr 12 tsp Salt to tastebr freshly chopped coriander leavesbr Tomato ketchup to servebr br Recipes:-br 1. In a large bowl, break and separate the egg whites and transfer the yolks in another bowl. br 2. Using hand whisker beat the egg whites till light.br 3. Gently fold in the egg whites little by little into the yolks mixture till well combined.br 4. In the yolks, add salt, and black pepper powder beat until they form soft peaks.br 5. Heat oil in a non-stick shallow pan, add the prepared egg mixture and lightly spread it. Cook for 7-8 minutes, slightly loosen the sides. br 6. For garnishing add green chili chopped, chopped coriander, a pinch salt.br 7. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take it off the heat.br 8.
