NjoyTV World presents Recipe for making "Chhole Bhature" using both Mainda and Whole wheat for Bhature..br br Chole Bhature (also known as Halwa poori in Pakistan and neighboring countries) has developed into a traditional breakfast consisting of a deep fried bread (poori), served with halwa and curries mixed of chickpeas (known locally as 'choley') and potato. Traditional mango pickle and onion pickle are also served along with fresh yogurt.br br In order to make it healthy, we have used Pure Olive Oil for frying Bhature.. we can make Bhature using whole wheat instead of refined wheat or Maida..br br Ingredients for chhole:br 1. 1.5 cup chhole Kabuli Chanabr 2.
