The word “entanglement” has been the subject of jokes and memes ever since Jada Pinkett Smith used it to describe her relationship with August Alsina on her talk show "Red Table Talk." Smith sat at the table with her husband Will Smith and admitted that she and the the singer had an "entanglement," which then Will clarified as a relationship. Immediately after the 12-minute video was published, the “entanglement” memes poured out. It even has a new meaning in the Urban dictionary.
