It’s really fun recreating restaurant style dishes at home and this dish is always a winner for its simplicity and amazing taste.br br Ingredients:br For the marinadebr Yogurt 2 Tbspbr Chickpea flour Besan 2 Tbspbr Turmeric powder 12 tspbr Garam masala All spice 1 tspbr Salt to tastebr Chat masala 1 tspbr Cumin 12 tspbr Cinnamon powder 14 tspbr Pepper 12 tspbr Kasoori methi 1 tspbr Lemon juice 1 tbspbr Cottage cheese Paneer 500 gbr 1 diced green bell pepper capsicumbr 1 diced onionbr Oil 2 tbspbr br For the Gravybr Oil 2 tbspbr 2 chopped onionsbr Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspbr 2 tomatoes pureebr Red chilli powder paprika 1 tspbr Turmeric powder 12 tspbr Coriander powder 1 tspbr Cumin 12 tspbr Salt to tastebr Ground cashew nuts 1 tbspbr Sugar 1 tspbr Garam masala 12 tspbr Kasoori methi 12 tspbr Coriander leaves for garnishingbr br Method:br Marinate the cottage cheese with the spices. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Roast the marinade in 2 tbsp oil. Prepare the gravy by adding the onions, ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Then add the spices, cashew nuts and the roasted cottage cheese. Let to simmer for 15 – 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
