These soft and deliciously warm instant gulab jamuns can be made with just 3 main ingredients.br br Ingredientsbr Ghee Butter 1 tbspbr Fine Semolina Suji Rava 1 cupbr Milk 3 cupsbr Sugar 2 cupsbr Cardamom powder 12 tspbr br Methodbr Roast fine semolina till it turns aromatic. Add milk gradually. Cook till a smooth dough is formed. Make small balls out of this dough and then fry them on a low to medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour. Prepare sugar syrup with the sugar and water. Add cardamom powder. Drop the fried gulab jamuns in the sugar syrup. Let them rest for 3 – 4 hours. Soft moist and juicy gulab jamuns are ready to serve.
