A 50-year-old physically challenged mother of 11 children has a reason to smile after a church based organization donated a wheelchair and food items worth 70,000 shillings. Esther Pendo who was born with a disability found herself in the streets from an early age in Likoni, Mombasa county where she bore all her children.
