The militants have been trained in Afghanistan and the attack is being planned in the wake of the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. A terrorist attack is likely to take place on August 5 and the Bhumi Pujan of Ram Mandir will be held in Ayodhya on the same day.
