A croissant is a buttery, flaky, crescent-shaped roll made of layered yeast-leavened dough, it was originated in Austria. Although croissants are puffy, they're dissimilar from puff pastry. These flaky n buttery Croissants will melt your heart with its taste.br br Ingredients:br Croissants dough as required br White cheese 1 cupbr Shredded carrots 2 medium size br Egg white of 1 eggbr Ginger and garlic paste 14 tspbr br Croissants Recipe:br br Mix white cheese, carrots, black pepper in a bowl.br Roll out dough into a large rectangle. (Important Note: Keep the dough in the fridge for 15 mins before rolling)br Using Cutter slice triangles all over your dough.br Roll these triangle slices a little & egg wash before putting the mixture in it and tightly roll up into a crescent shape, make sure to keep tip underneath. br Brush your croissants with egg wash.br Once the oven is heated, bake your croissants for 30 mins at 180°C (or 360°F).br Crispy, healthy, delicious croissants are ready to eat after they are cool down for 15 mins on a cool rack.br br (Note: We had already taught Croissant Dough Recipe separately in details before.
