Austrian daredevil Günter Schachermayr on Saturday (August 1st) leapt from the 131-metre Schlegeis dam while seated on a Vespa motor scooter.br br His aim was to become the first person in history to perform a giant bungee swing while straddling the vehicle.br br "I have done a lot of stunts in the past with my Vespa, but being so close to such a powerful concrete wall seemed really brutal and scary," said the 42-year-old.br br "Now all video and image material for Guinness are being broadcast and are hoping for an entry in the Book of Records," he added.
