Deputy Public Protector Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka is on a fact-finding mission. She visited Eastern Cape's health facilities, in Mthatha and Qumbu today. Yesterday, she visited the Livingstone hospital, where she found the facility in a dire situation. Patients being fed "inadequate" food and only one oxygen port.
