Police are investigating two policemen who were on duty for negligence after a convicted suspect jumped to his death at the Penang Court Complex on Monday.br br Penang police chief Comm Datuk Sahabudin Abd Manan said the case will be investigated thoroughly to find out what had happened during the 11.35am incident.
