Deputy Finance Minister I Datuk Abdul Rahim Bakri told the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Aug 12) that banks in Malaysia are able to implement the moratorium extension as they have sufficient buffer.br br He said each moratorium extension decision is regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia and entails the involvement of the Association of Banks in Malaysia.
