Big Blue Capital (M) Sdn Bhd advisor Datuk Shamsubahrin Ismail said customers booking a ride via its new e-hailing services would be charged a flat rate, even during peak hours. He also said customers who book rides through the e-ticketing services will not be charged according to the meter, which will be implemented on Jan 1.
