Former Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was present at the Palace of Justice on Thursday to testify at the proceedings of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into foreign exchange losses by Bank Negara Malaysia around the 1990s.
