Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said the two doctors involved in two cases of botched circumcisions have been referred to the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) for investigation. He said this after the launch of angiography and angio-CT hybrid unit at the Selayang Hospital on Friday.
