Flood victims welcomed a royal guest when Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar made a surprise visit at an evacuation centre in Kota Tinggi on Tuesday. The Ruler advised parents not to allow their children to play in flood waters to avoid unpleasant incidents.
