Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has been arrested over a probe into the alleged skimming of RM1.5bil meant for rural development projects. Shafie is expected to be taken to the Kota Kinabalu High Court on Friday to be remanded.
