The Election Commission on Wednesday said it is seeking legal advice and looking into the qualification of incumbent MP for Cameron Highlands Datuk C. Sivarraajh for the by-election which will be held on Jan 26, 2019. br Sivarraajh was disqualified by the Election Court after it found elements of bribery in his campaign during the May 9 general election.
