Residents in four-sub districts in Kedah allowed to leave homes to buy necessities

Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Thursday said residents of the four sub districts in Kedah who have been placed under an administrative enhanced movement control order (EMCO) are still allowed to leave their homes to buy their basic essentials.
He said this on Thursday (August 6) at the Dewan Rakyat following complaints by residents claiming to have difficulties to get their food supply.
