Bank Negara Malaysia Governor Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus says Malaysia's economic growth in the fourth quarter of 2019 and full-year growth could have expanded at 4.3 and 4.7 respectively if output of palm oil, crude oil and natural gas were not impacted in the quarter.
