29 Chinese nationals suspected of kidnapping for extortion were taken to the Phnom Penh Primary Court this afternoon for trial.br br 29 suspects were arrested, including 3 women. They will be prosecuted and punished under Cambodian Criminal Law.br br This afternoon, the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie released a video of the arrest. br br br On the morning of the 11th of this month, the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie raided the Midland Garden Hotel in Long Penh, arrested 29 suspects and rescued 3 Chinese who had been kidnapped.
