Special Cell of Delhi Police has arrested suspected ISIS terrorist. This terrorist named Abu Yusuf Khan, along with the IED, went to the police after going from Dhaula Kuan to Karol Bagh last night. Suspected terrorist Abu Yusuf's connection to Uttar Pradesh has been revealed. He is a resident of Balrampur in UP. In view of this, Uttar Pradesh ATS has been activated.
