Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad revealed that the Finance Ministry (MoF) is preparing clear guidelines on the criteria for the appointment of chairmen and board of directors in government-linked companies (GLCs).br br He said those who do not fit the criteria will be removed.
