Big Blue Taxi Services founder Datuk Shamsubahrin Ismail calls for regulators to better enforce the taxi industry before opening the floodgates for ride-hailing apps like Uber and GrabCar. He said on Friday that if authorities are unable to deal with "bad hats" among cabbies, it's no surprise crimes are being committed by drivers of such apps.
