40 percent of South African women are feeling anxious about the coronavirus compared to 32 percent of men. This is according to a recent study conducted by IPSOS. It says boundaries of an already tenuous work-life balance have become increasingly blurred under lockdown. Life Coach Shanaaz Sukhraj speaks about the contributing factors of this.
