The Kuala Lumpur High Court on Friday (Aug 28) issued an arrest warrant against Pertubuhan Jaringan Melayu Malaysia (JMM) president Datuk Hamzah Azwanddin for failing to attend the committal proceeding filed against him by former Primary Industries Minister Teresa Kok.
