SUBSCRIBE FOR NEW VIDEO br #nonvegetarianrajwansh br #shahichickenkormabr br First of all please subscribe my channel for latest NON-VEG dishes. br Recipe for 04 members- br Ingredient – br 350 grm chickenbr 1 tbsp garlic and ginger pastebr 2 tsp kashmiri red chili powderbr ½ tsp red chili powder br ½ tsp garam masalabr ¼ tsp turmeric powderbr ½ tsp kevra essence br 2 tsp coriander powderbr 1 tsp Saltbr 1 cup curdbr ½ cup vegetable oilbr 1 tsp pure gheebr 1 black cardamombr 4-5 Black Pepperbr 1 bay leafbr 3 glass waterbr 1 cup fried onionsbr 1 cup paste of cashew nut, malai, almond br ½ cup special masala (mace, star anise, green cardamom, cinnamon, fennel seeds, jeera) br br Preparation methods- br * Heat the pan and add oil and black cardamom, bay leaf and then add chicken and fry it to become golden colour for 4-5 minute on medium flame and add half portion of ginger garlic paste and fry it for 7-8 minutes.br ** Take a bawl for make a gravy first add remaining half portion of ginger garlic paste, ½ cup fried onions, kashmiri and red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, ¼ cup special masala, ½ cup curd and paste of cashew nut, malai, almond, and mix well .br ** The gravy put into the pan and mix well until all the curd and other spices become cooked on medium flame on 4-5 minutes.br *** After that add sufficient water 30 and leave it to 15-20 minutes on low flame. After 20 minutes check the chicken and add ½ cup fried and crushed onions, garam masala and special masala, remaining malai, ghee and and kevra water and cover it for 1-2 minutes and addcoriander leaf and add some water if required and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.br br FINALLY take a bowl and put the and garnish with Coriander Leaf and take enjoy as starter.
