"We were driving through highway 395 North between Kennewick and Ritzville, Washington on September 7. This was the scene for about 45 min-1 hour as we couldn’t see anything in front of us. We were going 35mph on a 70mph Highway. It was a wild scene," said Berty, the filmer.
