Parched Eastern Cape begs for help

Farmers in the drought-stricken Eastern Cape are begging for government's help. The small town of Klipplaat, about 120 kilometres from Graaf-Reinet, is feeling neglected. Residents there are eating out of bins and many are going to bed hungry. Livestock are also dying while many people remain jobless.
