Health DG: With or without vaccine, adhering to SOPs to break chain of Covid-19 infection

Obtaining a vaccine against Covid-19 will not mean the battle against the coronavirus is over, said Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The Health director-general said that on Tuesday when asked if getting a vaccine would end the pandemic, adding that what’s more important is the continuous effort to break the chain of infection by adhering to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and physical-distancing requirements.
