Survey: COVID-19 Persuades Many Americans To Get Seasonal Flu Jab

During the 2019-20 flu season, 52 of people in the US were vaccinated against the seasonal influenza.br And results of a new survey by the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases are likely to have public health officials cheering.br UPI reports that of the 1,000 people surveyed, 60 of people in the United States plan to be vaccinated against the flu this winter.br Nearly half said they were concerned about the potential effects of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 on the seasonal bug.br However, 25 said that if flu vaccines were offered in alternative settings -- like drive-thru clinics -- they would be more likely to be vaccinated.
