Lobby group OUTA is questioning why it is taking so long to decide on e-tolls. The Transport Minister says government wants to move quickly to resolve the e-tolls fiasco, and restore the SA National Roads Agency to its full borrowing capacity. Minister Fikile Mbalula says he's looked at a hybrid model for e-tolls, but he thinks there might be a revolt if this is implemented. The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse, OUTA, has this to say.
