Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa announced on Thursday that premise owners in Kuala Lumpur who are unable to rent out their properties because of the Covid-19 epidemic can apply with Kuala Lumpur City Hall for a temporary rebate on their assessment taxes.
