A section of Hindu Munnetr Kazhagam lodged court cases against VCK leader Thol Thirumavalavan for his remarks against temples. A Hindu proper wing activist even offered a Rs 1 crore praise on Thirumavalavan's head. Thirumavavan had said the temples of Lord Siva, Lord Perumal can also be changed with Buddha Vihar as it been built over it. A party member from VCK says, earlier like this was announced for DMK Chief Karunanidhi, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan and others as well. VCK is always supporting for Hinduism, Muslims and other religions and we are not against the Hindus.
