Judgment on the bail appeal by former Bosasa COO, Angelo Agrizzi, will be delivered on Friday. His lawyer says Agrizzi's bad health should be considered. The Commercial Crimes Court denied his bail application two weeks ago. Prosecutor Arno Rossouw says Agrizzi and his wife, Deborah have about 30-million rand in cash stashed outside the country.
