Pyongyang naengmyeon is a helping of cold noodles bearing the name of the North Korean capital that has become a signature dish of the reclusive state. The dish consists of buckwheat noodles with a cold mild broth, an egg, meat, kimchi and vegetables, and the restaurant best known for serving it is Okryu-gwan in Pyongyang.
