Diwali 2018: Green Firecrackers-SWAS, SAFAL and STAR 15–20 Pollution-Free - The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has come up with three less polluting firecrackers- SWAS, SAFAL, and STAR. These firecrackers are not only environment-friendly but 15-20 percent cheaper than the conventional ones.
