In an exclusive interview with The Straits Times, Singaporean Transport Minister Ong Ye Kung weighs in on the latest announcement that Singapore will reopen its borders to Mainland China and Australia's Victoria state.

Tourists and all other travellers from these two places will be able to enter Singapore without an extended quarantine period from Nov 6.
