The second phase of Bihar Assembly election is to be held on November 3. Campaigning off this phase will end on 1 November. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bihar today to give a final touch to the campaign in the second phase. They will appeal to the NDA candidates to win elections in Samastipur, Chapra, Bagha and East Champaran.
