Suleyman Shah was the father of Ertugrul. He was the leader of a nomadic Turkish tribe called Kayi. Suleyman Shah was a strong leader who led the Kayi tribe with bravery and intellect. Few people know that Suleyman Shah was the one who laid the foundation for Ertugrul and his son Osman I to develop the Ottoman Empire, known as Sultanat e Osmania.
