A BSF head constable was killed in firing by Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) troops in West Bengal. A constable also got injured in the firing along a riverine border stretch between Bangladesh and Behrampore. Jawan killed in the shooting was identified as head constable Vijay Bhan Singh, from Chamaroli village in Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh.
