Minster in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan told the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (Nov 5) that the Attorney General’s Chamber (AGC) is finalising a report on the move to carry out separation of powers between the Public Prosecutor’s Office and AGC.
