Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan on Thursday (Nov 5) said that the Federal Constitution allows for the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to declare an Emergency to hold off the Batu Sapi by-election in December, if the situation warrants it.br br He said this in response to a question raised by Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim.
