The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Monday imposed a total ban on the sale and use of firecrackers in NCR and also ordered a similar ban in all citiestowns where air quality fell below poor and above categories last year. The ban on firecrackers in NCR will start from midnight of November 9 to midnight of November 30.
