There is no need for panic buying for the upcoming Deepavali celebrations as shops are allowed to open, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.br br The Health director-general said that on Monday, adding that such a phenomenon would only cause big crowds to come out, which in turn would expose people to the risk of Covid-19 infection.br br At a question-and-answer session with the press, Dr Noor Hisham was asked to comment on the large number of people doing Deepavali shopping at hotspots like Brickfields in Kuala Lumpur.
