Any boneless fish br 2. Gallic br 3. Ginger br 4. Scallion br 5. Celery br 6. Shaoxing rice wine br 7. Corn starch br 8. Any hot pot sauce from an Asian grocery store br 9. Cilantro br 10. Sichuan peppercorn br 11. chili flakes br 12.
