The Dewan Rakyat descended into a shouting match on Wednesday (Nov 11) after Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing (GPS-Bintulu) asked whether Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah was fearful of his life over the Covid-19 pandemic.
