A YOUNG woman standing at just 3ft tall is setting out to show the world that her height does not hold her back. 23-year-old Mackenzie Trush, from New Jersey, was born with Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia - one of the rarest forms of dwarfism which has less than 100 known cases worldwide.
