The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the police on the bail application of Jail Councilor Tahir Hussain in connection with the violence in Delhi. On this, the court has issued a notice to the Delhi Police asking them to present their case. Now Delhi Police will have to answer on the notice of the court. Accused Tahir Hussain has applied for bail in the High Court.
