President Cyril Ramaphosa is promising change. That's in relation to South Africa's existing laws dealing with gender-based violence. He says new laws will protect women and ensure perpetrators are dealt with accordingly. Ramaphosa made these comments during a Dialogue on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide.
